投资是企业经营管理的重要活动,投资决策是否科学将会直接影响企业的发展壮大以及竞争优势。企业投资决策本身需要综合考虑多种因素,对于企业来说投资决策无疑是一项难度非常大的工作,稍有不慎就会导致重大经济损失,甚至是给企业带来灭顶之灾。我国企业目前在投资决策方面还存在较多的不足,投资决策的科学性不够,面对这种情况,如何根据企业的实际情况,采取有效的措施提升企业投资决策的科学性,这是企业经营管理中需要做好的一项工作。本文对于企业投资分类、特点以及目的进行简单的探讨,重点探讨了企业投资决策需要重点考虑各种因素,围绕这些因素提出了企业投资决策科学性提升需要采取的具体策略。
Investment is an important business management activities, investment decisions whether science will directly affect the development and growth of enterprises and competitive advantage. Business investment decision itself needs to consider a variety of factors, investment decisions for the enterprise is undoubtedly a very difficult task, a slight mistake will lead to major economic losses, or even bring disaster to the enterprise. At present, there are still many shortcomings in the investment decision-making of Chinese enterprises, and the scientific decision-making is not enough. In the face of this situation, how to take effective measures to improve the scientific decision-making of enterprises’ investment according to the actual conditions of the enterprises, Management needs to do a job. This article briefly discusses the classification, characteristics and purpose of enterprise investment, focusing on the various factors that need to be considered in the investment decision-making of enterprises. Based on these factors, the specific strategies that need to be taken for the scientific improvement of investment decision-making are put forward.
