长期从事小学数学教学,参加了很多的课堂教学观摩活动,也指导过不少青年教师,在为他们喝彩的同时,发现了一个值得探讨的问题,尤其是教师对数学题的钻研问题。在调研小学数学检测阅卷时,我发现有相当数量的学生,在解答综合性、灵活性较强的题目时,表现死板,不知变通,失分严重。从中也不难推测到教师钻研数学题肤浅,学生综合、灵活解题能力培养欠缺的问题。可能有许多老师认为,小学数学教材中的题目,
