随着人类社会步入知识经济时代,企业的生存方式和管理模式正发生着深刻的变革,知识、技术、信息等逐步取代土地、资本成为企业生产过程中的决定性因素,而这些都是由人掌握的,企业之间的竞争,知识的创造、利用与增值,资源的合理配置,最终都要靠知识的载体——知识型员工来实现。为有效激励知识型员工,促进企业发展,管理者需从员工的特点出发,总结激励的原则,采取相应的策略和方法,以充分调动他们的工作积极性,进一步推动企业发展。
