为了整体提升基层工会工作水平,改善各基层工会工作发展不平衡状况,南丰县教育工会因势利导,利用每季度一次的基层工会主席例会,一次一个中心议题,把基层工会主席例会开成现场会、经验交流会、工作研讨会和工会干部培训会。
