按照世界卫生组织(WHO)和中华医学会糖尿病学会标准,1997年对湖州市区居民进行了糖尿病流行病学随机抽样凋查。发现糖尿病(DM)及糖耐量异常(IGT)的患病率分别达到3.54%和2.71%。DM和IGT患病率均随年龄增加而增高,其标准体重百分数增高,与正常对照组之间有显著的差异,腰臀围比值也显著高于对照组,职业也与患病率明显相关,DM及IGT的平均血压明显高于对照组。
According to the standards of World Health Organization (WHO) and Chinese Medical Association Diabetes Association, random sampling of epidemiology of diabetes in Huzhou was conducted in 1997. The prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) was 3.54% and 2.71% respectively.
