本文探讨结合遗传差异和育种目标进行小麦育种中亲本选配的问题。提出了亲本选配的组合质量指数法:CPI=D~2/SSD。CPI(Cross Performance Index)即组合质量指数,D~2为亲本间遗传距离,SSD 为由这些亲本杂交产生的后代群体平均与育种目标的加权离差平方和。CPI 大的组合优于 CPI 小的组合。作者还提出了一种计算复交组合亲本间遗传距离的方法。
This article explores the issue of parental matching in wheat breeding combined with genetic differences and breeding objectives. Put forward the parent matching portfolio quality index method: CPI = D ~ 2 / SSD. CPI (Cross Performance Index) is the composite quality index, D ~ 2 is the genetic distance between parents, and SSD is the sum of squares of the weighted deviations of the average and breeding goals of the offspring generated by these parents. CPI big combination better than CPI small combination. The authors also propose a method to calculate the genetic distance between parents in the compound family.
