目的:建立HPLC同时测定苍耳类药材中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、1,3-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、阿魏酸、异绿原酸A及异绿原酸C含量的方法。方法:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;柱温30℃;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长325 nm。结果:8种成分均达到基线分离,其浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),加样回收率分别为96.21%、101.54%、97.98%、93.10%、101.28%、95.93%、100.01%、101.75%。结论:该方法简便灵敏,精密准确,可用于苍耳类药材内在质量的评价和控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptocholic acid, caffeic acid, 1,3-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, ferulic acid, iso-chlorogenic acid A Chlorogenic acid C content of the method. Method: The Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 325 nm. Results: The eight components all achieved baseline separation with a good linearity (r = 0.9999). The recoveries were 96.21%, 101.54%, 97.98%, 93.10%, 101.28%, 95.93%, 100.01 %, 101.75%. Conclusion: The method is simple and sensitive, precise and accurate and can be used to evaluate and control the intrinsic quality of Xanthium medicinal herbs.
