根据临床和实验室研究的需要,在国外资料的启示下,建立了一种改良的混合花环法,用兔抗CRBC血清可同时一次测定T、B、D、N四种淋巴亚群细胞。用纯化兔抗CRBC IgG代替兔抗CRBC血清,建立了淋巴细胞亚群综合测定法,这样不仅可同时测定T、B、D、N细胞,还可同时测定T细胞亚群中的TG细胞。实验证明,该法需血量少(0.5~1毫升),可一次同时定量计数上述五种淋巴细胞,而且与现有通用TG测定法相比,操作程序明显简化,同时所需的标志物CRBC也比牛红细胞来源方便、经济,因此更适于基层推广使用。
Based on the needs of clinical and laboratory studies, a modified hybrid garland method was developed based on the foreign data. Rabbit anti-CRBC serum can be used to determine T, B, D and N lymphocyte subsets at the same time. Using purified rabbit anti-CRBC IgG instead of rabbit anti-CRBC serum, a comprehensive lymphocyte subpopulation assay was established to measure not only T, B, D and N cells, but also T cell subsets. Experiments show that the method requires less blood (0.5 ~ 1 ml), a quantitative simultaneous count of the above five lymphocytes, and compared with the existing general-purpose TG assay, the operating procedure was significantly simplified, while the required markers CRBC More convenient than bovine red blood cells, economic, and therefore more suitable for grass-roots promotion and use.
