新闻采访实质上是人与人的交流,紧张、不信任感都会增加采访困难。与受访者建立良好的人际关系能够拉近双方的距离,减少或消除双方的隔阂,使受访人能在自然平等的状态下坦诚受访,采访者也能够进行深度采访。这既完成了采访任务,又增加了采访的深度与广度,使采访质量得以提高。
News interviews are essentially human-person exchanges. Tensions and mistrust will increase interview difficulty. The establishment of good interpersonal relationships with the respondents can narrow the distance between the two sides and reduce or eliminate the gap between the two sides so that interviewees can be honestly interviewed under the condition of equality of nature and interviewers can also conduct in-depth interviews. This not only completed the interview task, but also increased the depth and breadth of the interview so that the interview quality could be improved.
