对60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢不同温度条件下的淬火工艺进行了优化,研究淬火温度对微观组织和力学性能的影响规律,并对显微组织、力学性能、疲劳性能及其之间的关系进行了分析。研究结果表明:60Si2CrVAT钢淬火温度采用(910±10)℃并410℃回火时,综合力学性能达到最佳。微观组织分析结果表明:淬火组织中马氏体针长度应控制在0.03 mm之内,可保证弹簧服役性能。
The quenching process of 60Si2CrVAT spring steel under different temperature conditions was optimized. The influence of quenching temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. The microstructure, mechanical properties, fatigue properties and their relationship were also analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of 60Si2CrVAT steel reaches the best when the quenching temperature is (910 ± 10) ℃ and tempering at 410 ℃. The results of microstructure analysis show that the length of martensite needles in quenched structure should be controlled within 0.03 mm, which can ensure the service performance of spring.
