用工艺岩石学方法,研究了电熔钛渣的物相组成并认为:含钒电熔钛渣属黑钛石型钛渣,渣中钒钛主要赋存于黑钛石固溶体中;黑钛石性脆,不利选矿富集;添加磷酸,石英有助于黑钛石转变为金红石;FeO对渣中物相组成影响最明显,控制FeO 5~10%范围内,渣的物相组成最简单,对电炉熔分操作和铁与矾钛分离是适宜的。
The phase composition of the electroslag titanium slag was studied by using the method of technological petrology. It was considered that the vanadium-containing electroslag titanium slag belongs to the black titanium type titanium slag and the vanadium-titanium in the slag mainly existed in the black titanium solid solution.
