目的:观察五味牵牛胶囊的利尿作用并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:采用im睾丸酮和前列腺注射消痔灵方法将SD大鼠分别造成前列腺增生和慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型,60只大鼠随机分成对照,模型,小、中、大剂量五味牵牛胶囊及阳性对照共6组,分别于造模后ig给药,每天1次,连续给药6周,每隔2周采用代谢笼在水负荷条件下测定各组大鼠5小时和/或24小时排尿量,以观察其利尿作用并测定尿中Na+、K+浓度。结果:对前列腺增生水负荷大鼠3剂量五味牵牛胶囊能显著增加24小时排尿量,与模型组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型水负荷大鼠,中、高剂量五味牵牛胶囊能显著增加5小时和24小时排尿总量,与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);各给药组尿Na+、K+浓度明显升高。结论:五味牵牛胶囊对前列腺增生和慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型大鼠具有显著的利尿作用,利尿作用的机理可能与钾盐渗透或影响钠的重吸收有关。
Objective: To observe the diuretic effect of Wuwei Niuniu capsules and to explore its possible mechanism. METHODS: SD rats were induced to develop benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic non-bacterial prostatitis by im testosterone and prostate injection. 60 rats were randomly divided into control, model, small, medium, and large doses of Wuwei Niu capsules. A total of 6 positive control groups were administered ig after the model was given, once a day for 6 consecutive weeks, and the rats in each group were tested for 5 hours and/or 24 hours of urination using a metabolic cage under water loading conditions every 2 weeks. The amount to observe its diuretic effect and determine the urinary Na+, K+ concentration. RESULTS: The 3 doses of Wuwei Longniu Capsules on rats with BPH could significantly increase the 24-hour urine output, which was significantly different from that of the model group (P<0.01). For chronic non-bacterial prostatitis model rats with water load, High-dose Wuwei Dangniu capsules can significantly increase the total amount of urine output for 5 hours and 24 hours, which is significantly different from that in the model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Na+ and K+ concentrations in the urine of the administration groups are significantly increased. Conclusion: Wu Wei Li Niu capsule has significant diuretic effect on BPH rats and chronic non-bacterial prostatitis model rats. The mechanism of diuresis may be related to the infiltration of potassium salt or sodium reabsorption.
