目的探讨高血压病患者颈总动脉平均内膜中层厚度(IMT)与血清脂联素(APN)水平的相关性.方法将75例原发性高血压病患者根据颈总动脉平均IMT将病人分成3组:内膜增厚组、斑块形成组和管腔狭窄组.采用酶联免疫法测定血清的APN水平,并与23例年龄和性别相当的健康体检者进行比较.结果高血压组APN水平显著低于对照组,而且降低程度与IMT狭窄程度一致,管腔狭窄组APN降低尤为明显.结论 APN参与了原发性高血压患者颈动脉狭窄的发生和发展过程,与颈总动脉狭窄病理生理改变关系密切.APN作为评价颈动脉IMT病变程度
