2016年8月31日,中国人民银行、财政部等七部委联合印发《关于构建绿色金融体系的指导意见》,明确了证券市场支持绿色投资的重要作用。在国内大力发展绿色金融的背景下,绿色债券成为证券市场上热门的融资工具。本文拟在对国外绿色债券发行经验分析的基础上,总结我国绿色债券的发行现状和发行特点,梳理各类型绿色债券的发行要点,并提出进一步发挥绿色债券支持金融机构、绿色企业进行绿色融资的建议。
On August 31, 2016, seven ministries and commissions such as the People’s Bank of China and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Establishing a Green Financial System, clarifying the important role of the securities market in supporting green investment.
