催化剂在窄脉冲工作下,多物理量瞬态参数测量,是评价催化剂在特种应用中性能的技术关键。现行的人工检测方法存在取数速度慢、取数质量差以及大量原始数据由于来不及处理而白白丢失的缺点,而程控、数控检测系统通用性差,没有适应性。智能化学反应参数测量装置较好地解决了这一问题。本文介绍催化剂脉冲性能自动测试原理、硬件设计、软件设计、参数优化、可靠性等内容。本装置同样适用于其它有关领域的脉冲参数自动测试。
Under the condition of narrow pulse, the measurement of transient parameters of multiphysics is the key technology to evaluate the performance of catalyst in special applications. The existing manual detection methods have the shortcomings of slow access speed, poor access quality, and a large amount of original data lost due to lack of time processing. However, the program control and numerical control detection systems have poor universality and no adaptability. Intelligent chemical reaction parameter measurement device to better solve this problem. This article describes the catalyst pulse performance automatic test principle, hardware design, software design, parameter optimization, reliability and so on. This device is also suitable for automatic testing of pulse parameters in other related fields.
