在差热天平上对麦秆、玉米秆2种秸秆类生物质的燃烧特性进行了研究。根据得到的TG曲线,考察了其着火、燃尽特性和综合燃烧特性,进而分析了其反应动力学特性。发现其燃烧过程大致可分为水分析出、挥发分析出燃烧、固定碳燃烧与燃尽等3个阶段;具有着火温度低、燃尽温度低、燃尽率高等特点。采用相应反应动力学模型和积分法对生物质燃烧动力学参数的研究表明,生物质具有较低的活化能,有利于着火和燃尽。
On the thermoelectric balance, the combustion characteristics of straw and cornstalk biomass were studied. According to the obtained TG curve, the ignition, burnout characteristics and comprehensive combustion characteristics were investigated, and the reaction kinetic characteristics were analyzed. Found that the combustion process can be divided into three stages: water analysis, volatile analysis of combustion, fixed carbon combustion and burnout; with low ignition temperature, low burnout temperature, high burnout rate. Using the corresponding reaction kinetic model and integral method to study biomass combustion kinetics parameters, biomass has lower activation energy and is conducive to ignition and burnout.
