故障现象一辆新宝来车,搭载1.6 L发动机,累计行驶里程为5360 km,客户反映点火开关断开后,钥匙未拔出,发动机不会熄火。故障诊断接车后,就车检查。如图1所示,当点火开关顺时针方向旋转到OFF位,能正常起动,但逆时针方向旋转到OFF位时,该车不能熄火,只能在完全拔出钥匙后才能熄火。利用故障检测仪VAS6150B读取故障代码,无故障代码存储。查阅相关电路图得知,钥匙拔出后电源30和P接线柱相通;钥匙直接插入,未旋转,点火开关处于OFF位,电源30和P、S接线柱相通;接通点火开关时,旋转到ON位,
