改革开放以来,我们以邓小平建设有中国特色的社会主义理论和党的基本路线为指针,不断解放思想,更新观念,采取多种措施,大力选拔培养和使用各类专业人才,从而使大批优秀人才脱颖而出,走上了重要工作岗位,促进了全队的改革和发展。1990～1995年各项经济指标达到或超过局双文明单位评选标准。五年间,人均货币工作量、人均利税和人均生产增加值分别达到15040元、1528元、7900元。
