班主任工作纷繁复杂,而小学班主任尤为如此。每一个学生的思想、性格和爱好等特点中,都存在着各种因素的矛盾和斗争,需要班主任耐心细致的引导,才能使之向好的方面不断发展。所以,班主任只有经常做好个别学生的教育工作,使每一个学生都不断进步,班集体才能健康发展。而做好后进生的工作犹为重要,无论是为了维护班集体的利益还是教育个人,都要做好后进生的思想教育工作。
