我国越来越重视职业教育的发展情况,因此,民办高职院校的规模在不断扩大。在民办高职院校发展过程中虽然也取得了一定的可喜成绩。但是,各种问题也不断地突显出来,尤其是教师绩效考核问题。由于民办高职院校的特殊性,学校教师绩效考核不能完全模仿公办高职院校的教师绩效考核标准。因此,民办高职院校需要思考新的教师绩效考核思路与途径。所以,本文将主要探讨民办高职院校教师的绩效考核对策,为提升绩效考核的有效性提供合理的参考意见。
As more and more attention is paid to the development of vocational education in our country, the scale of private higher vocational colleges is constantly expanding. In the course of the development of private higher vocational schools, although we have made some gratifying achievements. However, various problems are constantly highlighted, especially the issue of teachers’ performance appraisal. Due to the particularity of private higher vocational colleges, the performance evaluation of school teachers can not completely imitate the teacher performance appraisal standard of public higher vocational colleges. Therefore, private higher vocational colleges need to think about the new ideas and ways of teacher performance evaluation. Therefore, this article will mainly discuss the performance appraisal countermeasures of private higher vocational college teachers, and provide reasonable reference for improving the effectiveness of performance appraisal.
