本文系国家广电总局张海涛副局长在 2 0 0 4年 4月 7日总局“树立和落实科学发展观”研讨会上的专题报告。报告以科学发展观为指导 ,分析了我国广播影视面临的严峻形势、数字化带来的机遇和深刻变革 ,提出了加快我国广播影视数字化发展的步骤与措施。
This article is the State Administration of Radio Zhang Haitao, deputy director of the April 7, 2004 General Administration of China “to establish and implement the scientific concept of development” seminar special report. Guided by the scientific concept of development, the report analyzes the grim situation of radio, film and television in our country, the opportunities and profound changes brought by digitization and puts forward the steps and measures to speed up the digital development of radio, film and television in our country.
