一、前言本世纪七十年代以来,工程隔震作为一项新的结构防震技术,已经受到人们越来越大的重视。目前全世界已有个25国家正在进行工程隔震的研究与实施工作。近几年来,隔震问题在中国也引起了工程界广泛的注意,1987年5月,中国地震工程学会隔震学组在京成立并举行了全国首届工程隔震学术交流会,标志着我国的工程隔震研究正在进入一个新时期。
I. Preface Since the 1970s, as a new structural earthquake-proof technology, engineering seismic isolation has received more and more attention from people. At present, there are 25 countries in the world that are conducting research and implementation of engineering seismic isolation. In recent years, the earthquake isolation problem has also attracted widespread attention in the engineering community. In May 1987, the Earthquake Engineering Society of Earthquake Engineering Seismology Group was established in Beijing and held the first national engineering earthquake isolation academic conference, marking the project of our country. Isolation research is entering a new era.
