目的探讨矽肺壹期患者血清中核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)和8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)水平变化及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测67例矽肺壹期患者(矽肺组),38名井下健康接尘矿工(接尘对照组)及30名无粉尘接触的行职业健康检查的人员(非接尘对照组)血清中Nrf2和8-iso-PGF2α水平;用肺功能机检测用力肺活量、一秒钟用力呼气量、1秒率和最大通气量的实测值占预计值百分比共4项肺功能指标。结果矽肺组人群Nrf2和8-iso-PGF2α水平均低于接尘对照组(P<0.05),接尘对照组人群Nrf2水平高于非接尘对照组(P<0.05);肺功能异常亚组矽肺壹期患者血清8-iso-PGF2α水平低于肺功能正常亚组(P<0.01);矽肺壹期患者血清Nrf2水平与8-iso-PGF2α水平呈正相关(Speraman相关系数为0.869,P<0.01),但Nrf2、8-iso-PGF2α水平与上述4个肺功能指标均无相关性。结论 Nrf2和8-iso-PGF2α水平变化与矽肺壹期发生有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of Nrf2 and 8-iso-PGF2α in patients with silicosis stage I and their significance. Methods Sixty-six patients with silicosis stage I (silicosis group), 38 miners with dust control (dust control group) and 30 workers without occupational exposure to dust were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Group) serum levels of Nrf2 and 8-iso-PGF2α; lung function testing forced lung capacity, forced expiratory volume per second, 1 second rate and maximum ventilation measured values accounted for a total of 4 indicators of lung function. Results The levels of Nrf2 and 8-iso-PGF2α in the silicosis group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of Nrf2 in the control group were higher than those in the non-dust control group (P <0.05) The level of serum 8-iso-PGF2α in silicosis stage 1 was lower than that in normal lung function (P <0.01). Serum Nrf2 level in silicosis stage 1 was positively correlated with 8-iso-PGF2α level (Speraman correlation coefficient was 0.869, P <0.01 ), But the level of Nrf2,8-iso-PGF2α had no correlation with the above four pulmonary function indexes. Conclusion The changes of Nrf2 and 8-iso-PGF2α levels are related to the occurrence of silicosis stage one.
