目的对混样核酸检测试剂的消耗进行分析,查找原因、进行改进,减少消耗,提高检测效率。方法对天津滨海新区2015年度的22 367份标本核酸检测试剂的使用情况进行分析,查找各种试剂消耗的原因,减低试剂的消耗。结果 2015年使用68.85盒检测试剂,有效检测标本22 367份,有效标本检测使用试剂41.78盒,试剂有效标本检测利用率为60.68%,非有效标本试剂消耗率为39.32%。结论试剂的消耗率较大,造成试剂消耗的原因有试剂内部的阴、阳性对照,室内质控、室间质评的消耗,仪器故障、拆分鉴别实验、标本因素等其它多方面的因素。
Objective To analyze the consumption of mixed nucleic acid detection reagents, find out the reasons, make improvements, reduce the consumption and improve the detection efficiency. Methods The usage of 22 367 samples of nucleic acid detection reagents in Tianjin Binhai New Area for 2015 was analyzed to find out the reasons for the consumption of various reagents and to reduce the consumption of reagents. Results 68.85 boxes of detection reagents were used in 2015, 22 367 samples were detected effectively, 41.78 boxes of reagents were used for effective samples detection, 60.68% of valid samples were tested, and 39.32% of samples of non-effective samples were consumed. Conclusion Reagent consumption rate is large, resulting in reagent consumption due to the negative and positive control reagent, indoor quality control, laboratory quality evaluation of consumption, instrument failure, split identification experiments, specimen factors and other factors.
