社会主义初级阶段卫生工作已由无偿的福利服务型转向有偿的福利服务经营型。为把卫生系统的管理搞好,我们对广西卫生系统县以上卫生单位,包括县卫生局、医院、防疫站、妇幼保健院站(所)、药检所、卫校等517个单位的在职财会人员进行了调查。发出调查表格1670张,回收表格1404张,回收率为84.1％。调查结果一、一般情况:填表项目较全者1331人,占应调查的80％。其中男425人,占32％;女906人,占68％;男女之比为1:2.13。民族:
