在我国社会主义市场经济体制下,经过不断地改革实践,建设工程的管理工作逐步走向制度化、规范化,但是仍然存在着计划经济体制管理模式的弊端。对此,要以加强政府的监管职能和服务职能、规范建设者的建设行为为主。同时,随着我国经济体制改革的深化,公众等社会力量的参与、行业协会的专业管理作用,为我国建设工程的管理提供了多种监管手段,使得我们能够更好地把握建设工程管理的质量。
Under the socialist market economic system in our country, after continuous reform and practice, the management of construction projects has gradually become institutionalized and standardized, but there are still some shortcomings in the management mode of the planned economy. In this regard, it is necessary to strengthen the government’s regulatory functions and service functions, standardize the constructor’s construction behavior. At the same time, with the deepening of China’s economic system reform, the participation of the public and other social forces, and the professional management role of trade associations, we have provided various regulatory measures for the management of construction projects in our country so that we can better grasp the quality of construction project management .
