企业人力资源管理能充分调动人力的作用,加剧企业的竞争力与综合实力,有利于企业的健康发展,因此人力资源管理对企业管理具有重要的意义。但是做好人力资源管理工作,需要结合企业的发展特点,在不同发展阶段有针对性得进行人力重要管理,才能实现人力资源管理职能的作用。本文就企业不同发展阶段的特点,提出针对性人力资源战略。
Enterprise human resource management can fully mobilize the role of manpower, exacerbate the competitiveness and overall strength of enterprises, is conducive to the healthy development of enterprises, human resource management is of great significance to business management. However, to do a good job in human resources management, we need to combine the characteristics of the development of enterprises with the important manpower management at different stages of development so as to realize the function of human resources management. In this paper, the characteristics of different stages of development of enterprises, put forward targeted human resources strategy.
