microRNA-24(mi R-24)属于mi R-23~27~24家族,高表达于血管内皮细胞(vascular endothelial cells,VEC_s),并调控VEC_s多种特异性基因的表达。研究显示,miR-24参与VEC_s增殖、凋亡、血管形成、炎性反应和分化等功能的调节,而它的表达异常与VEC_s功能紊乱及损伤密切相关,且参与心血管疾病的发生和发展。本文就miR-24参与调控VEC_s功能的分子机制,及其在心血管疾病发生发展过程中的作用作一综述。
MicroRNA-24 (mi R-24) belongs to the mi R-23 ~ 27 ~ 24 family and is highly expressed in vascular endothelial cells (VECs) and regulates the expression of a variety of VECs specific genes. Studies have shown that miR-24 is involved in the regulation of proliferation, apoptosis, angiogenesis, inflammatory response and differentiation in VECs. The abnormal expression of miR-24 is closely related to dysfunction and injury of VEC_s, and is involved in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms by which miR-24 participates in the regulation of VEC_s function and its role in the development of cardiovascular disease.
