本文提出了地震烈度的二级模糊综合评定的方法,并建议将烈度评定因索集U分为四个子集:子集U_1包括若干种典型结构(如一般房屋、砖烟囱等)的平均震害指数;子集U_2包括各种地面运动峰值和一些反应谱参数;子集U_3包括震级、震源深度、震中距、地震持续时间等;子集U_4包括人的感觉、地面裂缝、断层情况、地形条件等。在第一级综合评定中求出或给出各因素子集的模糊烈度向量B_k,然后以各B_k组成的评价矩阵和加权平均的方法进行第二级综合评定,求出最终的模糊烈度向量B。这个方法不仅比较合理,而且非常灵活、简便和实用。
