非智力因素是影响当前高职英语教学水平高低的一个重要因素,高职院校不少英语差的学生并非智力低下,而是因为非智力因素没有得到良好的发展。本文在分析英语学习中非智力因素构成的基础上提出了通过激发学生学习兴趣、培养师生融洽的情感交流、端正学习动机、磨练学生意志及培养创造性思维发挥学生的非智力因素来提高高职的英语教学水平。
Non-intelligence factors are an important factor that affect the current level of English teaching in higher vocational colleges. Many English students in higher vocational colleges are not low in intelligence, but because non-intelligence factors have not been well developed. Based on the analysis of the composition of non-intelligence factors in English learning, this paper proposes a way to improve students’interests by stimulating students ’interest in learning, developing harmonious exchange of emotion between teachers and students, motivating students correctly, cultivating students’ Vocational English teaching level.
