患者男52岁眼部及全身多处发现无痛性肿物3年。1990年4月8日初诊,3年前,先在右眼下睑处发现一绿豆大肿物。随后在右眼眶内上方又扪及一小肿物,逐渐增大。8个月前出现声音嘶哑。同时在右侧阴囊内及双肘关节皮下各发现一个小结节,生长较快。肝脾淋巴结未触及。双眼视力均为1.2。右下睑皮下肿物约25×15×10mm。右眼眶内上方肿物约10×10×8mm。眼球不突出,眼球向内转上转部分受限。
Patients 52 years old male and multiple systemic painless mass found in 3 years. April 8, 1990 newly diagnosed, 3 years ago, the first in the right eyelid found a mung mass.
