高职教育要想提高教育教学水平,培养出受社会欢迎的人才,离不开高素质“双师型”教师队伍,而校企合作是提高“双师型”教师实践能力的有效策略,其形式呈现多元化特点,可以通过多种途径实现校企合作。本文通过对不同途径的分析介绍,以期为高职院校培养“双师型”教师提供参考。
