为了探讨中老年糖尿病肾病和非肾病患者的骨密度的关系,对178例40岁以上的糖尿病患者用单光子骨矿含量测定仪检测了挠骨骨密度(BMD).并根据24小时尿蛋白定量分成A、B、C三组。结果表明,BMD测定值,A组72例中9例降低,B组87例中有38例降低,C组19例有15例降低。BMD降低率分别为12.5%、43.2%及78.9%。A、C组间BMD值差异非常显著(P<0.01),说明BMD降低与尿蛋白排泄量有关,因此,可将BMD测定作为临床监测糖尿病肾病患者骨代谢紊乱的指标之一。
To explore the relationship between BMD of middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and non-nephrotic patients, BMD was measured in 178 diabetic patients over the age of 40 with a single-photon bone content detector. And according to 24-hour urine protein quantitatively divided into A, B, C three groups. The results showed that in the measurement of BMD, 9 of 72 patients in group A decreased, 38 of 87 patients in group B decreased, and 15 of 19 patients in group C decreased. The reduction rates of BMD were 12.5%, 43.2% and 78.9% respectively. The difference of BMD between group A and group C was significant (P <0.01), which indicated that the decrease of BMD was related to urinary protein excretion. Therefore, BMD could be used as one of the indexes to monitor the disorder of bone metabolism in patients with diabetic nephropathy clinically.
