本文对慢性粒细胞白血病不同病期的体外白血病祖细胞集落培养(L—CEUC)进行了观察。结果表明,慢粒从慢性期发展为急变期的过程中,似有一个过渡阶段为“急变前期”。L—CFUC的簇/落比值增高,可以预测急变期的来临。
In this paper, we observed the leukemic progenitor cell culture (L-CEUC) in different stages of chronic myeloid leukemia. The results showed that there was a transitional stage between the chronic phase and the rapid phase of chronic phase. L-CFUC cluster / falling ratio increased, you can predict the advent of rapid changes.
