1975～1979年五年中,我县共培训拖拉机手3862人,离队的就有1804人,占47%,大部分为非正常离队。机手不稳定,给农机工作带来许多问题:机手临时观念严重,责任心不强,工作瞎凑合;技术水平低,机具损坏严重;非司机开车多,交通事故频繁,1979年一次安全检查,被查的拖拉机,有40%是非司机开车,当年全县发生的88起事故中,非司机肇事的近30起。机手不稳定使我们吃够了苦头,因此,从1979年年底开始,我们狠抓机手稳定工作,情况大有好
During the five years from 1975 to 1979, 3862 tractors were trained in our county. There were 1804 tractors leaving the army, accounting for 47% of the total, most of whom were leaving the army abnormally.
