在民用建筑工程中,许多地方都用木翻转模板来生产双孔空心板。这种空心板,因为是方孔,抽芯困难,板面容易塌陷,因此废品率比较高,而且芯模的制作也比较困难;采用翻转模板的生产方法,耗用木材也比较多。去年,我们成功地解决了用钢模板、钢芯模生产圆孔空心板的问题。生产圆孔空心板的优点,在于管芯制作简单,抽芯方便,能保证构件质量,生产速度比较高;用钢模、钢芯生产则可以做到全部不用木
In civil construction projects, wood-reversal forms are used in many places to produce double-hollow hollow slabs. This kind of hollow plate, because it is a square hole, is difficult to pull the core, the board surface is easy to collapse, so the scrap rate is relatively high, and the production of the core mold is also more difficult; the production method using the flip template consumes more wood. Last year, we succeeded in solving the problem of producing hollow hollow slabs with steel formwork and steel core moulds. The advantage of producing round hole hollow plate is that it is simple to manufacture the core, easy to pull the core, and can guarantee the quality of the components, and the production speed is relatively high; the production of steel molds and steel cores can be done without wood.
