语言法是指在体育教学中,运用各种形式的语言,指导学生掌握学习内容和进行身体练习的一种教学方法。语言是人类独有的信号刺激。正确地使用语言,对顺利完成教学任务有重要意义。善于运用语言是体育教师必须具备的基本素质。毛泽东同志在总结前人经验的基础上提出了“十九教授法”,其中有关语言的就占了四条,即“说话要通俗化”、“说话要明白”、“说话要有趣味”、“以姿势助说话”。这充分表明语言法在教学方法中有着十分重要的地位。体育教学中运用语言法主要有讲解,口令、指示和提示,口头评价,口头汇报、默念和自我暗示等形式。一、讲解
