社会经济的快速发展一方面推动了各类企业的快速转型,另一方面更是促进了组织健康的研究。组织健康的评判方式按照其发展的趋向,现阶段已经将个人、组织、社会等范畴列为评判切入点。但是,对于在评判过程中所存在的不足,本文作为辅助同样引入积极组织行为学视野,并且是探索组织当前健康评判方式的主要指标之一。
The rapid social and economic development on the one hand promoted the rapid transformation of all types of enterprises, on the other hand is to promote the organization of health research. Organizational health evaluation methods in accordance with its development trend, at this stage has been personal, organizational, social and other areas as judgments entry point. However, for the shortcomings in the process of judging, this article as an aid introduces the same view of active organizational behavior as well as one of the main indicators to explore the current health assessment methods of the organization.
