简介了 5 5 0 t挤压机侧燃式油炉的结构与技术参数 ,提出风机是影响该炉型升温速度、加热效果及运行经济性的决定因素。简介了侧燃式炉热风发生装置的结构类型。加热装置的设置方式对加热效果有重要影响 ,在同等条件下 ,逆流加热装置的对流传热量是顺流加热装置的 1.62倍。
The structure and technical parameters of the side-fired oil-fired furnace of 550t extruder are briefly introduced. It is pointed out that the fan is the decisive factor that affects the heating rate, heating effect and operating economy of the furnace. This paper introduces the structure type of the hot air generator of side-fired furnace. The setting of the heating device has an important influence on the heating effect. Under the same conditions, the convection heat of the counter current heating device is 1.62 times that of the downstream heating device.
