政府与市场的关系是20多年来中国经济改革的主线。沿着这条主线,中国经济改革现在走到了何处?以后还将应该进行怎样的改革?本文拟分三部分来回答和探讨这两个密切相关的问题:第一部分主要描述和分析改革前传统的计划经济的泛政府特征;第二部分着重描述对泛政府计划经济的改革以及作为20多年改革成果的大政府市场经济的基本特征;第三部分重点阐述从大政府市场经济向小政府市场经济转变的必然性和必要性。
The relationship between the government and the market is the main line of China’s economic reform in more than 20 years. Along this line, where is China’s economic reform now going and what kind of reforms should be carried out in the future? This article is intended to answer and discuss these two closely related issues in three parts. The first part mainly describes and analyzes the pre-reform tradition The second part focuses on the reform of the planned economy of the pan-government and the basic characteristics of a large-scale government market economy which is the result of more than 20 years of reform. The third part focuses on the market economy from a large government to a small government Necessity and necessity of change.
