在新中国成立60周年之际,9月15日至18日,党的十七届四中全会胜利召开。全会审议通过了《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》),对以改革创新精神推进党的建设新的伟大工程做出了重大战略部署。认真学习、深刻领会和坚决贯彻《决定》精神,对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观,有效应对国际金融危机的冲击,保持经济平稳较快发展,夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利,开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面,具有重大而深远的意义。
On the 60th anniversary of founding of new China, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee was held successfully from September 15 to September 18.
