制备了不同合金元素V含量的镁基干电池用Mg-Al-Zn-V合金,测试和分析了它们的显微组织、物相组成、耐腐蚀性能和放电性能。结果表明:加入合金元素V能细化晶粒,提高合金的耐腐蚀性能和放电性能;V的含量优选为0.3wt%。
Mg-Al-Zn-V alloys for Mg-based dry cells with different V content were prepared and their microstructure, phase composition, corrosion resistance and discharge performance were tested and analyzed. The results show that adding alloying elements V can refine the grains and improve the corrosion resistance and discharge performance of the alloy. The content of V is preferably 0.3 wt%.
