生命是人类最神圣的权利,保障生命权是人类发展的基石。由于生命权的重要性,所以在宪法中应当规定对生命权的保障。文章介绍了生命权宪法保障的含义,并且阐述了生命权宪法保障的必要性。同时对于完善我国生命权的宪法保障提出了一些浅显的建议。
Life is the most sacred right of mankind. Protection of the right to life is the cornerstone of human development. Due to the importance of the right to life, the constitution should guarantee the right to life. The article introduces the meaning of the constitutional guarantee of the right to life and expounds the necessity of constitutional guarantee of the right to life. At the same time, some simple suggestions for improving the constitutional guarantee of the right to life in our country are put forward.
