On the morning of September 13, 2006, the National Printing Standardization Technical Committee and Heshan 雅图仕 印刷 有限公司 held the inauguration ceremony and press conference of “National Packaging and Printing Standardization Research and Technology Promotion Base” at the Great Wall Hotel in Beijing. Director General of Press and Publication sent a letter of congratulation on Yu Yongzhan (see page 5 for letter of congratulation), and expressed his warm wishes to the establishment of “National Standardization Research and Technology Promotion Base for Packaging and Printing”
