Looking back to history, we have such a consensus: culture must inherit the tradition, does not inherit the traditional innovation does not exist. Many of us are now talking about innovation. Even science and technology innovations must be inherited. We must continue to accumulate new discoveries. This is even more so in culture. However, we are now in a very difficult period of transition and this transformation needs reform. What I understand is that the share of cultural industries in the GDP of various countries is highest in the United States, accounting for 6%; Japan is the highest in Asia, accounting for about 12%; India, accounting for about 6%; and China, we only account for 2%. This shows that in the industrialization of culture, we are quite backward. Therefore, the central government advocates that the development of cultural industries can play a role in the overall economic development.
