为了考察中国工业产业由东部向中、西部地区转移对区域能源强度的影响,本文选取了十大高耗能产业,用产业动态区域集聚指数刻画了这些产业在各省区的转入、转出情况;建立面板数据模型,分别考察产业转移对东、中、西部地区能源强度的影响。实证结论发现,我国高耗能产业近年来确实发生了由东部向中、西部地区的转移,而这种产业转移对东、中、西部三大区域能源强度的影响在不同产业和不同区域存在很大差异。中、西部地区需审慎承接东部地区高耗能产业的转移。
In order to examine the impact of the transfer of industrial industries from east to mid-west on regional energy intensity, this paper selects ten high-energy-consuming industries and depicts the transfer of these industries in provinces and autonomous regions with the index of industrial dynamic regional agglomeration ; Panel data model was established to examine the impact of industrial transfer on energy intensity in the eastern, central and western regions respectively. The empirical conclusion shows that in recent years, the high-energy-consuming industries in our country did indeed shift from the east to the middle and west regions, and the impact of such industrial transfers on the energy intensity of the three major regions in the east, middle and west regions is very different in different industries and regions Big difference. The middle and western regions need to carefully undertake the transfer of high-energy-consuming industries in the eastern region.
