1 病例摘要患儿女性,5个月.1986年3月12日因发现四肢活动减少伴肿胀疼痛2个月,在当地医院诊为“佝偻病”,用维丁胶性钙10支无好转而送本院.患儿病后无发热,吃奶好,未见消瘦.系第一胎第一产,足月臀位分娩,无窒息史,其母奶水充足,单纯母乳喂养,未添加辅食.父母系第三代姨表婚配,家族中无类似病史.体检:营养可,反应好,眼灵活,听力障碍.头围40.5cm,胸围39.5cm,身长58cm,坐高39.5cm,体重6 kg.前囟平,2×2 cm大小,后囟已闭,未见枕秃及颅骨软化.口腔粘膜及皮肤均未见溃疡和出血点.全身浅表淋巴结无肿大.面色稍苍白,胸廓无畸形,心肺无特殊,腹平软,皮下脂肪厚1.0cm,肝肋下1.5cm,剑突下1.0cm,脾未触及.面部
