本文介绍用离子轰击法显露锌单晶体基面上的亚结构。对单晶体中的杂质亚结构;辉纹亚结构及形变退火亚结构进行了观察,并且还观察到一种轰击时产生的崩溅小块,文中对它的产生过程作了初步的说明。
This article describes the use of ion bombardment reveals the sub-structure of zinc single crystal base surface.
