工程施工现场周转材料管理水平的高低,不仅是判断施工企业经营管理效率以及推行文明施工的核心标志,同时,还是确保工程质量与进度、节约工程成本的关键环节。所以,我们必须加强施工现场周转材料的管理力度,从而增强材料管理水平,实现经济效益最大化。本文首先论述了何为施工企业周转材料及其管理现状,其次,提出了加强施工现场周转材料管理的具体途径及方法。
The level of material management in the construction site is not only the key indicator to judge the efficiency of construction enterprises management and civilized construction, but also the key link to ensure the project quality and progress and save the project cost. Therefore, we must strengthen the management of the working materials at the construction site so as to enhance the material management level and maximize the economic benefits. This paper first discusses what is the turnaround materials for construction enterprises and their management status, and secondly, it puts forward concrete ways and methods to strengthen turnaround material management at construction sites.
