本文是在成功实施ISO 9001质量管理体系的基础上,为改变无线发射台在技术维护管理工作中,存在的流程不清、协同不够、管理分散等问题,提出了建设一套行之有效的发射台运行维护管理系统,以其促进安全播出管理工作由结果管理转向过程管理,提升保障能力。
